SOLOS       -  Dancers must compete at any Adrenaline Dance Competition in                                    2022/23 and receive Pre-Elite or higher.

TROUPES  -  Studios must compete at any Adrenaline Dance Competition in                                      2022/23 and receive a combined score of 160/200 or higher.

THE ULTIMATE - To qualify for THE ULTIMATE DANCER you must score an ELITE,                DANCER        HIGH ELITE or STAR ELITE for any routine at an Adrenaline Dance                                  Competition in 2022/23
